This is an exciting opportunity where, as a Regional ST (Surgical Technologies) Technical Specialist you will be responsible for providing, monitoring, remote and in-house clinical and engineering service and support, as well as for designing and implementing service programs across EE region.

For this role you will be expected to be located in Zagreb, Croatia.
A Day in the Life
Principal responsibilities of Regional ST (Surgical Technologies) Technical Specialist:
Field service activities (Eastern Europe):
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting with Customers (e.g. Surgeons, Operating Room personnel and biomedical staff etc ) and with distributors.
- On-site technical service, clinical support, training and installations.
- Complain calls handling from Regulatory and Business perspective.
- Supporting and training sales team.
- Promoting service offering.
- Providing appropriate follow-up communications with internal and external customers to ensure resolution.
- Drive Service deals with customers in order to create a new revenue stream.
In house service activities (Eastern Europe):
- Supporting and training our ST teams in countries, cooperation with Technical Service Departments, as well as with MDT and distributor field team.
- Managing and tracking in-house service calls, requests and processes.
- Controlling loaner pool process.
- Complain calls handling from Regulatory and Business perspective.
- Promoting service offering.
- Providing appropriate follow-up communications with internal and external customers to ensure resolution.
Service program design and execution (Eastern Europe):
- Monitoring efficiency of existing service flow in EE
- Design and re-designing EE technical Service processes
- Securing communication between EE and ST BU Service organization
- Identifying new needs and opportunities to enhance our services portfolio.
- Monitoring local regulations
- Assuring the overall quality of the technical support and services delivery in EE
Must Haves and Nice to Haves
Must haves:
- Technical/engineering education
- "In the field" medical devices technical service and support experience experience
- Sales experience
- Experience in process optimization and improvement projects
- Customer Focus and Engagement
- High skills in self-planning and work coordination
- Making complex things understandable
- Quality orientation in planning, executing and monitoring
- Results orientation
- Driving license
- Fluent in Croatian and English language - both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel cross countries approx. 60% of time
Nice to haves:
- Experience in clinical and technical service and support in Operating Room
- Experience in medical imaging technologies (x-ray, MRI, ultrasound etc)
- Experience in running installation and users trainings
- PMP
- Effective communication
- Drives and Support change/ innovation
- Other Eastern European languages speaking ability
