Regional Sales Manager (m/f)

Regional Sales Manager (m/f)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing stores within the assigned region
- Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team
- Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings
- Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region
- Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers
- Operating within budget constraints
- Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Experience on a similar position
- Proven track record in previous employment
- Excellent communication skills
- Mobility and readiness to travel
- Excellent organizational skills (ability to setting goals and prioritizing tasks)
- English language and MS Office proficiency
- Experience in people management and supervision
