Our Client is CADCAM Group, known by its broad range of software for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MCAD and ECAD design, collaboration between the design disciplines, engineering services and IT support. On Behalf of our Client we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional at the position of:

Regional Sales Manager (m/f)
  • Responsible for development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
  • Leading, driving, coaching and supporting sales and marketing teams
  • Directs the sales program of the Group: PLM software and solution sales, MCAD – CAD/CAM/CAE software and solution sales, ECAD software and solution and services (implementation, education, IT services and programing, engineering design and analysis)
  • Oversees pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities including the technical support of software products and services
  • Negotiates commercial agreements with customers
  • Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
  • Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives
  • Academic degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales management
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex customer organizations
  • Good technical understanding about PLM and solution sales
  • Creativity and entrepreneurship, openness to change and flexibility
  • Focused on results
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of relationship management
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable performing demonstrations
  • Strong understanding of customers, industry, market dynamics and requirements
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and marketing teams
  • Team worker with collaborative approach to users and colleagues
  • Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ready to travel in the region
