Join Goodyear, one of the world’s largest tire manufacturers, who wants to strengthen its team based in Zagreb.
Responsibilities and objectives among others:
- Maintaining and building good & productive relationships with franchisee partners
- Frequent business partner visits and interaction (75% of working time to be present on the field).
- Provide exemplary day-to-day business consulting service to the franchisee partners in order to enable growth and maximize their efficiency, quality and profit.
- Responsible for understanding and assessing a client’s business operations, identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate solutions, helping to stimulate dealer's growth, efficiency, quality and profitability in assigned area
- Lead generation and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchisees to reach high corporate Share Of Business and facilitate sell-in of corporate products: consumer & commercial
- Gather and analyse industry trends, competition & market relevant information
- Execute annual development plan for assigned area by making use of geo-marketing study to identify white spots.

O zaposleniku
- Bachelor or University degree of tehnical or economy education
- Strong Knowledge of Franchise Dealership Sales Process
- Retail sales experience and/or franchise sales experience and broad knowledge of retail business
- Excellent understanding of business environment and performance indicators
- Strong ability to build relationships and positively influence franchisees and other stakeholders
- Ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve target results for franchise partners.
- Strong financial acumen, excellence training, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-initiative, proactive, results oriented
Fluent in English
- Good computer skills
Driving license (category B)
