What this position is all about:
• Collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs
• Analyzing job descriptions and understanding necessary competencies
• Creating recruiting strategies and deciding on recruiting methods, channels and tools
• Directly sourcing candidates using LinkedIn recruiter, industry specific platforms and your own network
• Conducting full cycle recruiting for IT positions (data engineers, BI/DWH developers, ICT consultants, software developers, QA engineers, etc.) and other vacancies
• Managing the hiring process from attraction through to offer, pre-boarding, and onboarding stages
• Creating mentoring and onboarding plans in collaboration with managers
• Developing relationships with potential and future candidates through building a talent pipeline
• Identifying trends and opportunities to increase candidate attraction to Poslovna inteligencija
• Actively promoting the employee referral scheme internally
• Representing and promoting company at internal and external events
• Working on improvement of the internal process in order to improve employee experience
• Collaborating with other human resources team members on projects as they arise
• Collaborating with marketing department in creating and organizing employer branding activities

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Ideally you should have:
• At least 2 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in the IT industry
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment life-cycle
• Interest in different human resources areas
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Desire to research, learn and share
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A can-do and positive attitude
• Psychology degree or similar
