Recruiter (m/f) - Spanish language
Position summary:
The National NEXT STEP Recruiter Spain will research, develop, and implement effective sourcing, recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talents for NEXT STEP career network agency with focus on employees from Spain. The recruiter is expected to create and maintain relationships between NEXT STEP agency and motivated and qualified candidates in order to secure their placements in one of NEXT STEP partner hotels located in Austria, Italy, Switzerland or Germany.
Responsibilities Recruiter:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the sourcing and recruitment process
- Builds connections within Spanish hotel industry in order to develop prospect relationships between NEXT STEP agency and Spanish hotels
- Collaborates with NEXT STEP placement managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job offers and hiring criteria
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the industry standards, and the needs of the organisation
- Produces job postings and initiates advertisement processes
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
- Schedules and performs interviews within the framework of the position specification
- Ensures compliance with state employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Develops retention strategies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software
- Proficient user of office packages
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required, read/write/speak
- Willingness to live in Austria
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
- At least three years of managing all phases of the sourcing and recruitment process is highly preferred
- Hotel industry related experience is a plus
