Purchase administrative technician (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
Currently, the purchase department team is looking for a colleague as local administrative to support the entire administrative process of the purchase of vehicles in order to obtain the vehicle at the right time and to serve as an internal link between the Finance and Supply Chain departments.

What would be your responsabilities as purchase Administrative technician?
- Claiming and checking invoices from suppliers
- Follow – up of the expected delivery of the vehicle by the supplier
- Securing payment agreements with our suppliers
- Manage internal payment orders
- Control of vehicle documentation
- Updating the supplier's file database: bank certificate, solvency certificate, contact details, etc

- Basic experience (minimum 3 years) in purchase administration
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to manage, organise and perform administrative tasks.
