What would be your responsabilities as purchase Administrative technician?
- Claiming and checking invoices from suppliers
- Follow – up of the expected delivery of the vehicle by the supplier
- Securing payment agreements with our suppliers
- Manage internal payment orders
- Control of vehicle documentation
- Updating the supplier's file database: bank certificate, solvency certificate, contact details, etc

- Basic experience (minimum 3 years) in purchase administration
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to manage, organise and perform administrative tasks.
- Establish excellent interpersonal skills with suppliers.
- Ability to assume responsibilities
