Responsibilities:
- Project management, development of new solutions and services, participation in the preparation of bids
- Cooperation with business customers and internal development team
- Analysis of business processes and user requirements
- Quality control and functional testing
- Development of functional specifications
- Work hard and responsible on projects and meet project milestones
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in Team leading
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban)
- Excellent communication skills
- High proficiency in English
- Previous experience in software development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Get stuff done attitude - the most important!
Advantages (not conditions) for selection of the candidates are:
- Experience in work with Azure DevOps Services or TFS
- Certifications from organizations like Scrum.org or PMI
