You are fit to this position if you:

- You manage the performance and the development of your collaborators.
- You have the knowledge, skills and abilities to plan and meet short deadlines and work in a busy and fast paced production environment.
- You are passionate about your work and you see real value in being a team player but at the same time a leader who doesn't want excuses but a go-getter attitude from his/her team.
Responsibilities:
Lead, organize and control the production of manufactured goods linked to warehouse and sales forecast while assuming responsibility for ensuring effective and efficient business operations.- Oversee manufacturing processes and procedures
- Change and introduce new improvements in processes and prepare working instructions
- Improving effectiveness in terms of satisfying client demands
- Work collaboratively with warehouse , procurement, printing sections or other departments that support or depend on the manufacturing operations
- Maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs
- Provide leadership and direction to maintenance, quality control and different production departments and team members
- Ensure the safest possible work environment for team members, while driving safety programs to meet this objective
This position requires teamwork, cooperation and leadership. It is the expectation that the individual in this position contributes to a positive working environment in a supervisory role. This person will be able to manage their time well and take initiative in leadership.
