Your challenge
As a Product Specialist, you will work with Product Owners to ensure excellent product delivery. You will have to get familiar with all capabilities of our solution for Asset Management Solution to implement it in big enterprise companies from diverse industries such as pharmaceutical, telecom, oil and gas industry, water industry, etc.
The GDi Ensemble Solution for asset management is based on the recognizable and proven GDi Ensemble products A3 and W4. Some of GDi Ensemble A3’s key features are asset monitoring, maintenance, contract, and cost management. While GDi Ensemble W4 is workforce management software that enables organizations to efficiently plan, forecast, and schedule work and related resources to meet service level goals.
What will you do?
• Become a product expert familiar with all products capabilities
• Giving product and solution presentations and demonstrations
• Participating in activities including customer onboarding, and product consulting support
• Analyze client’s needs and transform them into product feature requirements
• Constant collaboration with Product Owners
• Help clients meet their goals by utilizing products to their complete potential
• Create supporting solution documentation
• Support company’s marketing activities such as webinars and presentation

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
About you:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in information technology, computer science, business economics, or another related field with 2+ years of experience
• Proficient knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in business analysis, client communication, and requirement specification
• Experience in product or software configuration
• Flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Nice to have:
• Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and JavaScript
• Experience in integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, Service Desk, etc.)
