ASBIS Croatia, a subsidiary of ASBIS group, operates in Zagreb, Croatia since 1998. as well established and recognized ICT distributor. Due to expansion of our activities in Croatian market, we are looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the following position:

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER – Commercial & Enterprise Products (servers, storage) (m/f) - Zagreb

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and the development of a strong relationship with vendor
  • Manage current product lines - supply, inventory, pricing, margin control, building sales strategies
  • Strong support to sales department in pre-sales activities
  • Participation in the pre-sales activities
  • Assistance and consultation with partners on technical aspects of decisions and presentation of technical solutions
  • Analysis of partner needs and building long-term relationships with partners (identification and resolution requirements according to the needs of partners)
  • Organizing technical & sales training
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors
  • Regular communication with current clients and support on current and potential projects
  • Pass the technical & sales certification
An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • 5+ years working experience in distribution business as a product/sales/presales manager of enterprise server / storage equipment
  • VŠS / VSS education in Computer or related science (Bachelor’s degree)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in complex IT solutions
  • High level of understanding of enterprise server / storage technologies and current trends
  • Proficient user of English language (spoken and written)¸
  • IT literacy – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of server / storage key vendors – strengths and weaknesses
  • Experience in working in an international environment will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in system integration and cooperation with any of vendors like DELL EMC, HPE, IBM, LENOVO as an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Consistency, perseverance, initiative, enthusiasm for IT technology
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn about new technologies
  • Passion for business success
  • Driving license B category
