Opis radnog mjesta:
We are creating fully connected e-bikes with unique blend of connectivity, artificial intelligence and augmented reality. But beside all of those buzz words, somebody still needs to build those bikes and make sure they do what they are intended to do – be ridden. Your responsibility will be designing production processes and tooling needed to manufacture tons of Greyp bikes and then monitor, improve and optimize those processes.
Responsibilities:
• Design of production process from technology, time and recourses standpoint
• Development and defining of technology used in production
• Detection and elimination of Critical Risk Points and Bottlenecks in production
• Drafting of Standard Operating Procedures
• Drafting of Technical Sheets
• Training of personnel
• Definition of Quality Control Protocols and design of tools and methods needed for those controls
• Coordination between R&D and Production
• Incremental improvements in process design

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 2 years of similar experience (not mandatory)
• Excellent knowledge of at least one CAD software (Creo, ProE or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)
• Good communication skills
• Advantage: experience in production and working with any ERP system
