Your Task
As Project Assistant you are part of our international project team, supporting our local teams in designing and implementing global projects. You take great interest in gaining insight into the implementation of IT projects all around the world. With your daily work, you assure smooth communication within the international project team and create positive service experiences for top manufacturers of the IT industry.
- You will design and manage project plans as well as process documentation using MS Office and MS Visio
- You will monitor SLA achievement and key performance indicators in ongoing projects
- You will use your English skills while communicating with the international project team as well as external and internal customers
