Employer: Hill International d.o.o. for BD Cazin Plant “CareFusion BH 335 d.o.o.”
• Responsible for running plant and has overall responsibility for a manufacturing facility
• Oversee production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
• Provides leadership to all manufacturing related activities to achieve its business and financial goals and is directly responsible for operations, production, maintenance, facility management, capacity analysis, manufacturing engineering, Continuous Improvement and EH&S and Capital Management
• Leads organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the organization
• Proactively and collaboratively works closely with Quality Assurance, R&D, New Product development, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources
• Responsible for the legality of the plant business in accordance with the applicable local Laws and corporative standards
• Support the development and implementation of strategic manufacturing plans
• Works on abstract issues and problems across all areas of the business.
• Provides leadership to Managers and manages first-line supervisors and/or professional staff
• Is responsible for financial and operational plant performance
• Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives
• Contributes to functional strategy development
• Has in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledge

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or project management required
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively motivate and lead in a team environment
• Adaptable to change and can lead change in competing environment
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Lean/6 Sigma Manufacturing preferred
