For our Head Office in Zagreb, we are looking for realiable, action oriented and creative person to take position of:

Payroll and HR administration (m/f) - Zagreb

The position includes:

  • Handling all labor law documentation emerging from contractual agreement
  • Support to HR colleagues in METRO Stores
  • Control and handling of sick leaves
  • Holiday accruals & reporting
  • Preparation of monthly salary calculations
  • Preparation of bonus plan on yearly basis
  • SAP system administration and maintenance

At METRO inspires us if you have:

  • Have University degree
  • Exeperience working in SAP
  • Experience in payroll and administration
  • Proficiency in English language in written and spoken way
  • Have minimum 5 years experience working in Human Resource industry
  • Aspire for excellence
