ManpowerGroup Croatia for AnimaLab, an international company expanding business in Biotechnology industry that provides leading Life Science supplier services to Universities, Research Units, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies, is looking for ideal candidate to fill in the position of Office Manager (m/f).

Job
description:
- managing accounting and warehouse documentation
- preparation of tender documentation
- preparation of commercial documentation related to offers and orders
- answering phone calls, accepting clients' orders, confirming orders
- cooperation with transport companies
- cooperation with accountancy office
- reporting the status of completed tasks to the supervisor
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree - preferable economics, commercial, administrative
- 3 – 5 years of previous experience in similar positions
- Advanced English language knowledge, Slovenian language knowledge will be an advantage
- High communication skills and tendency for teamwork
- Independence in taking decisions and high organization skills
- MS Office knowledge and ability to work with CRM systemce
