We are looking for a secretary and office administrator
Your role requires a high level of English speaking and writing.
Your role would be divided into two parts:
1) Australian administration
Your role is to support the sales and management team in Australia with the processing of documents and payments. Included in this role you would
- speak directly on the phone to customers in Australia regarding account issues (for example, if their credit card has expired)
- Run weekly and monthly reports
- Undertake basic accounting/bookeeping tasks
2) Croatia administration
Your role is to supporting the IT developers so they can concentrate on IT development.
This includes
- Cooperation with the accounting and relevant institution, for example CES, Croatian Health Insurance Institute, Insurance and the tax administration
- Managing the physical office, including purchasing office supplies
Due to time zone differences between Australia and Croatia, the workday start and end time changes during the year
Summer 6 months: 8am-4:30pm
Winter 6 months: 6:30am-3pm
In Winter, you have the choice of starting your day working from home using your own computer.

Experience
We are looking for someone with experience in secretarial & office management tasks with a high level of English.
We are open to part time workers - for example parents who wish to work 5 days a week but finish early to be with their children after school.

Salary
Your salary range is between 3000-5500Kn. The top level salary would be provided to someone with 10+ years of secretarial experience in an international company with fluent English.
