Night Manager (m/ž) - Punta Skala Resort

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise night shift operations across departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, security).
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a professional manner.
Perform night audits and reports as required.
Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
Coordinate with day management teams to ensure a seamless handover.
Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the property during night hours.
Manage and support night staff, including scheduling and task delegation.
Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Monitor inventory and supplies for night shift needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably during night shifts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
Familiarity with night audit procedures and software systems (e.g., PMS systems for hotels).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
In addition to Croatian, English or German language skills
