Opis radnog mjesta:
- Greeting clients in a timely & friendly fashion, ensure customers are comfortable throughout their experience at Nails.
- Provide expert treatments, including lash & brow treatments (Where Applicable) manicures, pedicures & nail extension treatments.
- Educating clients with professional advice on retail products & homecare.
- Increasing client retention by rebooking clients & building relationships.
- Aim to maintain and reach goals & targets of the company through upselling & upgrading client treatments.
- Maintaining the salon during the working day.
- Provide expert treatments, including lash & brow treatments (Where Applicable) manicures, pedicures & nail extension treatments.

- Must have a good level of English
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team &flexible have initiative to work alone.
- Efficient, well organised and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic and able to work in a fast paced busy environment.
- Be able to deliver top quality treatments effectively and consistently.
- Be punctual flexible with working hours.
