Responsibilities:
• Meets or exceeds all safety, environmental and health goals of department.
• Meets or exceeds quality goals of production orders.
• Meets or exceeds productivity targets.
• Charges production melting furnaces with the relevant material.
• Treat the melt according to the corresponding specifications.
• Cleans melting furnaces, transfer ladles, tools and other operating equipment.
• Handles tools and materials in a careful and cost-conscious manner.
• Responsible for complying with all melting regulations and work directives.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of production furnace operations and melting operation
• English speaking is mandatory
• German speaking will be considered an advantage
• Ability to perform physical tasks, i.e. lifting, bending
