Responsibilities:
- Planning marketing and sales activities per product according to the brand strategy for the 4UPharma portfolio in Croatia.
- Controlling marketing budgets, creating and defining operational marketing plans and activities.
- Creating and developing partnerships with KOL, key neonatologists in the maternity hospitals, and key pediatricians (principals, directors, professors).
- Control, evaluate, and develop the work of MED Reps with pediatricians and pharmacists on the field through double visits.
- Coordinating and monitoring all activities in Croatia's maternity hospitals and pediatrics department.
- Preparing the product presentations and presenting to external associates at meetings, symposia, and congresses.
- Responsible for adapting all promotional materials for the Croatia market.
- Organizing lectures, professional meetings, and congresses.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in medicine, pharmaceutics, or related.
- Previous experience in the field, at least three years.
- High level of empathy, conscience and integrity
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented person with a clear focus on high performance.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to multi-task.
- Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytic and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
