MARKETING MANAGER (m/f)

If you are a person with 5+ years’ experience in marketing (online and field marketing), preferably in the hotel business, have passion for the industry and are highly organized, you are our STAR candidate!
Reporting directly to DOSM, this position will appeal to a highly motivated, flexible individual who enjoys working to pre agreed goals in a busy and changing environment, and is looking for a rewarding career with Marriott International.

We expect:

5+ years’ experience in marketing
fluent English and Croatian language, all other languages are an advantage
excellent knowledge and experience in all marketing channels
advanced computer literacy, preferably also in graphical programs
excellent time management skills

Key tasks:
Identify and create marketing plans to support the Resort’s S&M goals across Rooms, F&B Spa and Recreation. Ensure that all details of the proposed plans are researched fully, communicated internally and executed through an effective communications plan.

Create content to support the resort and the Destination for posting on the Resort web site and social media channels. Be the property social media champion. This will require liaison with all departments within the resort as well as the regional marketing leads and an accurate and timely follow-through to ensure all opportunities are maximized. Liaise with appointed designers, supplying written brief outlining specific objectives; establish target markets for all plans and any additional information as required.
