MARKETING EXPERT
Purpose of the job:
Implementation of Tifon marketing strategies
- Responsibility for execution of marketing initiatives such as promotions, marketing campaigns, trade shows and marketing plan development
- Drive and coordinate marketing developments to strengthen the brand and ensures appropriate positioning on the local market
- Ensure constant and efficient coordination with agencies, corporate communications and retail for all marketing activities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Conducting evaluations and analyses of market and research on customer satisfaction, marketing conditions and competitor activities
- Manage relevant marketing budget
- Ensure effective online communication through different channels (e.g. social media, website)
- University degree – preferably in Economics
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar position (experience from FMCG companies is an advantage)
- Trade marketing and agency handling experience
- Analytical and Project management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills with pro-active and energetic attitude
- Desire to continually learn and develop as an individual as well as the team
