MARKETING EXECUTIVE (m/f)

If you are a person with 2+ years’ experience in marketing, have passion for the industry and are highly organized, you are our STAR candidate!
Reporting to Marketing Manager, this position will appeal to a highly motivated, flexible individual who enjoys working to pre agreed goals in a busy and changing environment.

We expect:

2+ years’ of experience in marketing projects, mostly online
fluent English and Croatian language, all other languages are an advantage
knowledge of online marketing platforms, tools and resources and social networks
advanced computer literacy, preferably also in graphical programs (Indesign is a HUGE advantage)
excellent time management skills

Key tasks:

under the guidance of Marketing Manager, producing specific pieces of online content, as well as production of collateral required to support the sales process.
with help of Marketing Manager create marketing programs to support the Resort’s marketing plan across Rooms, F&B, Spa and Recreation. Ensure that all details of the proposed program are researched fully, communicated internally and executed through an effective communications plan.
create content to support the resort and the Destination for posting on the Resort web site and social media channels. Be savvy with multiple social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
