This job will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing, Communications and Business Development Department (MCBD) and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Responsible to: MCBD Leader
- Support marketing executives and work closely with other stakeholders in organizing various projects and work
- Supervise daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conduct research and analyse data (surveys, social media, web analytics, etc.)
- Assist in the organisation of events and traditional/digital communication campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare presentations for various users
- Compose and post online content on the company’s online media
- Compile data for statistical, financial and non-financial reports
- Coordinate the preparation of and edit the content of marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the firm's market presence
- Communicate directly with suppliers/agencies to prepare branded materials/merchandising
- Ensure overall compliance to brand and other corporate standards
- Minimum baccalaureate degree (Marketing, Business or relevant field -liberal arts are a strong advantage)
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant/consultant 3-5 years
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with ability to efficiently use other technology
- High level of literacy in both English and Croatian (oral and written - CEFR level C1)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good understanding of the market, and marketing and communication principles
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Demonstrable ability to adhere to multiple deadlines
- Resourceful (digital, databases and online applications)
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willing to continuously learn and be open to new experiences, with proactive approach
- Capable to work autonomously within a team
- Full-time contract (with 6 month trial period)
