For their office in Zagreb, they are currently looking for new colleague on a position:
Marketing Assistant (m/f)
Location: Zagreb
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing and sales team in content preparation and approval process for promotional content and campaigns
- Support in adaptation and localisation of promotional materials
- Organisation of marketing events and campaigns in close collaboration with project initiator and external project agency / external service providers
- Support in creating and delivering digital content and campaigns
- Extracting sales, insights and analytics reports from IMS, PowerBI and other relevant sources
- Coordination of external project agency / external service providers engagement with Project initiators, Business Unit Assistant and Finance department
- Collection of data/documentation for opening of vendors or change of vendor data
- Complete and accurate documentation management for marketing meetings and events
- Using Veeva PromoMats and Veeva CRM Meetings platforms, as well as relevant SAP system functionalities
- Completing all required trainings to ensure familiarity with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least two years of experience in a marketing support or administrative related job
- Education in life sciences
- Computer knowledge (proficient user of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Croatian and English language (accent on strong written communication)
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Systemic and analytical way of thinking, coupled with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility, proactivity and accountability
- Learning agility and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge/ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Problem solving skills and solution orientation
