Our company is one of the leading players in the capital goods sector, with corporate headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries in ten other European countries. For our company in Zagreb, we are currently seeking a MANAGING DIRECTOR for the areas of SALES and AFTER SALES.
Within this role, you will be responsible for revenue, costs, profit and for all sales activities (such as strategy development and implementation, personal acquisition and support of key accounts, management and control of sales staff, optimization of sales and service structures). You ensure a close collaboration with the corporate headquarters in Austria and the manufacturing companies. In particular, your duties will also include the monitoring and collection of receivables.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
We expect you to have practical experience in a similar role within the capital goods sector (e.g. construction machinery, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery etc.), contacts with companies in the Croatian construction industry, good English language skills (written and spoken) as well as a target- and results-oriented management style, hands-on-mentality and excellent communications skills.
