Requirements:
- experience in the field of financial services in the capital markets sector min. 6 MONTHS
- English at least B2 level
- managerial experience - desirable, but not a condition
- qualification recognized by HANFA - under Annex no. 1 here (Pravilnik o kvalifikacijama i kadrovskim uvjetima za pružanje investicijskih usluga, Prilog I.): https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2018_09_83_1659.html (CFA, ACI, HANFA exam)
- Integrity - A clean criminal record
- University degree in economics, finance or law
- a general overview of finance and financial intermediation
