Logistics Assistant (m/f)

The Konica Minolta Croatia – business solutions, based in Zagreb, is a services provider in the field of office document solutions as well as digital production printing solutions.
We are looking for a new professional at the position of:
- Communication with foreign suppliers
- Collaboration with other departments
- Coordination between logistics department and forwarding agency
- Processing documentation for receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
- Making records, analysis and optimization of costs
- Monitoring, controlling and booking goods
- Developing distribution network within the Croatian transport (carrier selection, making plans and organizing transportation dispatch)
- Ordering and controlling of international transportation
- Assisting in stock management processes, forecasting and analysis
- High school or academic diploma in transport and traffic sciences or in economics
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in logistics
- Good knowledge the English language in speech and writing
- Advanced use of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of ERP system Navision is an asset
- Driving license category B
- Excellent communication and motivation
