Currently we are looking for:

Local Technical Negotiator (m/f)
Job place: Zagreb

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analysis of technical conditions for future stores & negotiations with representatives of Shopping Center
Preparing schedule of construction process
Estimating construction cost for future stores
Preparing wording of formal documents in terms of technical conditions
Team working with other departments to optimize lease agreements signing process
Completing designing materials, needed to start design process
Preparation reports / summaries of the negotiations process
