Uvjeti: - PKV/KV/VKV/SSS/VŠS smjera kuhar - minimalno 1-2 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima - obavezno poznavanje HACCP normi - iskustvo u sastavljanju jelovnika i menija je prednost - poželjno poznavanje barem jednog stranog jezika - odgovornost prema poslu - sklonost timskom radu - visoka razina osobnog i poslovnog ponašanja - ljubaznost, susretljivost i razumijevanje potreba gostiju - iskustvo u pripremi mediteranske, kontinentalne i internacionalne kuhinje - izražene organizacijske vještine - temeljitost i samostalnost u radu - osnovno znanje rada na računalu

Chef (m/ž) Role description: - preparation of meals according to the menus, recipes and rates of yield, following all necessary standards and work procedures - purchasing and control of the food safety of the provisions - following the technology and usual practices of the food preparation and treatment of foodstuffs and cooked food, taking care of the storage of unused supplies - creating menus and food offers - maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in working areas and on the equipment, following sanitary and safety standards and procedures - recording the data for daily calculations of used supplies and prepared meals, control of the supply stock - maintaining high standards of service and safety for hotel guests, according to hotel standards - responsibility for adequate communication and coordination between other staff and departments Requirements: - high school / college / university / pre-qualification diploma for chef - 1 - 2 years of experience (hotel experience is an advantage) - practical knowledge of HACCP forms is a must - menu creation experience is an advantage - knowledge of at least one foreign language is highly desirable - strong sense for teamwork and self initiative - high degree of personal and professional behaviour - good sense for understanding the guests needs and preferences - experience in preparing mediterranean, continental and international cuisine - strong organizational skills - thoroughness and autonomy on the job - basic computer skills - experience in Google Workspace is highly desirable
