About the Opportunity

Within the framework of Sanofi's global business strategy as a Key Account Specialist Rare Diseases you will be responsible for the achievement of sales objectives for Rare Diseases Sanofi Genzyme products in Croatia.

You will ensure highest customer service through regular and systematic contacts and visits.

This role combines also elements of marketing responsibility for development of marketing and action plans as well as the responsibility for operational implementation of the plan in all territories within Croatia.

Key responsibilities
  • Sales achievement and analysis: Achieve sales objectives (plans) for rare diseases product(s) in Croatia;
  • Field activity: Ensure call frequency rates on targeted physicians that meets company requirements;
  • Perform individual calls within planned number, frequency and expected quality;
  • Develop and maintain relationship with KOLs, physicians, nurses and and other appropriate customers;
  • Developing tactical plan in collaboration with direct manager and ensure proper, successful and timely implementation of local tactics in line with marketing plans;
  • Propose, assist in and organize meetings presentations and workshops to promote company image and products, with the objective of achieving sales targets;
  • Participate on symposia and congresses organized by Third parties;
  • Identify accurately sales potential of customers in belonging area;
  • 80% working time at the field.


About You

Essential requirements:
  • Medical background: Pharmacy, Medicine, Stomatology;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical business (sales and marketing);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Flexibility and willingness for travel;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Good level of English language;
  • Croatian language fluent;
  • Driving licence.
It would be advantageous to have (not essential):
  • Experience in rare disease field;
  • Experience in neurology and rheumatology.
