Junior Sous Chef (m/f)

Under the leadership and help of Executive Chef and Sous Chef you will help run a Kitchen operation of our Italian restaurant Conlemani.

we WANT:
  • A chef that is a trainer and a coach with hands on approach!!!
  • Strong “process mind” to implement structure and procedures (managing working hours, food cost, menu engineering, purchasing controls…).
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel kitchen operations as well as advanced culinary knowledge.
  • Excellent management skills. Experience in managing teams.
  • Knowledge of English as well as Croatian language
  • 2 years of experience on the same or similar position, preferably within an international environment, in a 4 or 5 star property. Resort experience is considered an advantage

Your main responsibilities will be leading a team of associates in our Italian restaurant Conlemani and improving and/or maintaining quality of food and daily planning of Kitchen operation. Active role in creating fun menus as well as other marketing activities is expected in this role.
CreAtivitY, Health and Safety Procedures (inc. HACCP) and brand standards will be some of your regular duties.
