Under the leadership and help of Executive Chef and Sous Chef you will help run a Kitchen operation of our Italian restaurant Conlemani.
we WANT:
- A chef that is a trainer and a coach with hands on approach!!!
- Strong “process mind” to implement structure and procedures (managing working hours, food cost, menu engineering, purchasing controls…).
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel kitchen operations as well as advanced culinary knowledge.
- Excellent management skills. Experience in managing teams.
- Knowledge of English as well as Croatian language
- 2 years of experience on the same or similar position, preferably within an international environment, in a 4 or 5 star property. Resort experience is considered an advantage
