Due to the significant business growth of Gi Group Adria Balkan, we are looking for young, proactive, and market-driven professionals to fulfill the position in our office in Zagreb:
Junior HR Recruiter (m/f)
Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting the recruitment process through the entire candidate lifecycle (including sourcing, identifying, prescreening/qualifying, interviewing, negotiating salaries, and closing candidates)
- Seeking creative solutions for sourcing the best candidates including social media activities
- Defining the full profile of candidates, selling the company story, and negotiating salaries
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the business and positions
- Carrying out market researches, preparing recruitment and other reports
- Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with internal and external clients
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- University degree and minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A customer-focused and market-oriented approach
- Proactive and self-driven individual
- Ability to work on own projects and take responsibility for the workload
- Fluency in English
- German language knowledge is an adventage
- PC literacy
