On behalf of our Client we are looking for highly motivated person at the position of:
Junior Help Desk Analyst (m/f)
Međimurska županija
Responsibilities:
- Challenging, fast-paced, front-line interaction with Company’s growing user base via telephone and e-mail
- Call logging, routing, and tracking
- Identifying problems and researching solutions
- Resolving technical problems as needed for the wide variety of applications and systems supported within the company
- Enforce and implement standardized operating system, database and application security for purchased and internally developed systems
Requirements:
- Fluency in English language
- Computer literacy
- Fast typing (at least 30 words per minute).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Operating Systems and Epicor iScala software is an advantage
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
