Currently, due to the dynamic development of our company we are looking for a candidate to take the responsibilities of:
Junior Customer Support Specialist (m/f)
[Location: Zagreb]
Responsibilities:
• Providing complex local customer support (including the clients from Italy, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina)
• managing and developing the relationship with customers
• ensuring proper workflow of documents
• achieving of sales and margin targets
• controlling receivables
• market research and competition analysis
