We are searching for highly motivated candidates such as:

three (3) IT specialists with the experience in ERP systems. The major purpose of those job vacancies it the increase of manpower in the ERP team and to build-up local ERP knowledge at Bauwerk Boen Croatia for the queueing ERP project. Education level required is university graduate from the major such as: IT, Electrical Eng., Mathematics or similar. Job description:

PIM (Product Information Management) and related interfaces
• Design of the business processes regarding the PIM –system together with the process owners in the group
• Key-User support and education
• Monitor the interface processes and transactions and executing maintenance (based on a process controlling)
• Technical responsibility for the processes, process descriptions and education manuals
• Ensure that the PIM is available and accessible by all dependent systems and users

HR Interface
• Ensure that the interface is up and running whenever needed
• Support and education of the HR department, in relation to the interface
• Monitor the interface processes and transactions and executing maintenance (based on a process controlling)
• Technical responsibility for the processes, process descriptions and education manuals

General
• Project management /-support in implementing / changing IT supported processes, including the corporation by creating requirement specifications together with the process owners
• Creating special reports and control lists, including corporation by creating requirement specification
• Project management or support of the project leader/-team at implementations of new software or new software modules

Experience:
Key user in the purchase department of an international company; consulting; complex projects.
