IT SPECIALIST (m/f)
Location: Sisak
Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist position provides a single point of contact to the organization for information technology related problems. Assists internal employees via telephone, remote assistance and trouble ticket inquiries. Resolves or escalates IT system issues and problems to the appropriate Level 2 teams (located abroad).
Main Job assignments:
- Provides first contact support for any information technology issues
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Provides assistance by phone, remote assistance, and using the ticket system
- Escalates critical incidents to Level 2 Team (located abroad)
- Determines quickly and accurately incident scope and impacts
- Follows up on tickets at until resolved
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
Technical knowledge and skills:
- Windows server system hosted by VMWare ESX, from 2013 up to 2018
- Active Directory management in multi domain environment
- VMWare ESX 5 and 6 management
- Office suite from 2010 up to Microsoft 365
- Windows Desktop systems (from XP to 10)
- Application/Software installation and configuration
- Structured troubleshooting approach regarding the IT assets:
- Servers (both physical and virtual)
- Network
- Printers
- Video surveillance appliances
- Plant systems (L1 and L2)
- Network
- Able to provide support for various types of smart phones and tablets
- Active Directory management in multi domain environment
Behavioural and Soft skills:
- Strong autonomy in managing all the IT Assets under direct accountability
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent communication skills
- Adopts Company values in personal work behaviours, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions
- Fluent in English, due to the constant interaction with Level 2 Team located abroad

Required Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/ Bachelor
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Corporate IT Help Desk environment
- Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and troubleshooting different systems
- Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Corporate IT Help Desk environment
