Job Responsibility:
- Organization of garment flow for cross – border countries
- Preparing/handling documents for import/export custom clearance
- Data input in company internal system
- Planning import/export cargo, communication with broker and 3PL partner
- Reviewing freight and brokers invoices
- Control shipping documents and its alignment with requirements for specific market
- Preparing data for budget for custom clearance services
- Communicate with all related teams to ensure accurate and on-time document flow
Requirements and qualifications:
- Good expertise in import and export processes in the logistics area across all types of cross-border flows
- Fluent in English
- Good Microsoft office package and advanced Excel skill
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of local customs rules and regulations
- Good knowledge of the international market
- Good communication skills
- Fit for a fast-paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment
