Your responsibilities

Organizing the main area of human resource management activities in our plants in Croatia/Serbia and Slovenia (approx. 100 employees)
Organizing and managing the education and training of our employees independently as well as planing further trainings and career programs in accordance with the company's strategic requirements
Working closely with the regional HR department to ensure the implementation and execution of the initiated projects
Participating in the compilation of the annual business plan of HR-related fields according to regional and local HR strategy
Responsible for recruitments in the organization and handling of contracts and job descriptions

Your competencies and qualifications

Higher commercial education with a focus on human resources
2-5 years of relevant work experience within a production company in an international environment
English skills on communication level, both orally and in writing
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Ability to work independently, accuracy and reliability
Good organization and problem solving skills as well as strategic and innovative attitude
