HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT
Cpl Healthcare in conjunction with a leading Care Home company are looking for Healthcare Assistants for a Care Home.
This Care home company is providing the highest standards of specialist nursing and residential care with over 60 locations across the UK. Giving a full range of professional residential and nursing care support – including trial stays, short stay and convalescent care, as well as long-term care, while working alongside a dedicated and friendly Care Team.

- Care experience desirable
- Full time position (36 - 48 hours a week)
- Permanent position
- Competitive salary
- For the successful candidate, flight over and six months discounted accommodation will be provided
- To work as care team member
- To maintain a professional attitude within the Home towards all staff members residents and visitors
- Provide care and support to residents to ensure their physical, psychological, spiritual and cultural needs are met
- To participate in providing activities for the residents both within the Home and with outside activities.
- Maintain people’s equality, diversity and right’s, and assist the residents to maintain their independence.
- Maintain health, safety and security within the Home
- All aspects of care provision for the residents within the Home
- Enable clients to maintain and improve their mobility
- Enable clients to eat and drink
- Enable clients to maintain personal hygiene and appearance
- Contribute to the moving and handling of clients to maximise physical comfort
- Enable clients to access and use toilet facilities
- Preparing residents to be examined by Health Care Professionals

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
