Our client is among the leading organisations in Croatia dealing with brokerage and portfolio investment business. For the purpose of further business development, the organisation is looking for a daring and knowledgeable professional for the position of:
HEAD of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Head of Business Development is responsible for recognizing and successfully implementing new business products which add to the growth of business value through proactive and professional approach to work, team members and the clients.
Responsibilities:
- contacting with the clients to recognise new business opportunities and new products
- creation of the new business products and its implementation
- developing of international cooperation
- implementation of business development plan and achieving the set business objectives
- constant follow up with the market trends
- managing the team of people and acting as their leader and motivator
HEAD of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Necessary qualifications and knowledge:
- bachelors degree in economy and financial business
- broker’s licence
- necessary courses taken: CFA, ACIIA is an advantage
- at least 4 years of experience in the similar position
- excellent knowledge of the typical exchange products like derivatives, ETF’s, warrants, certificates etc.
- experience with foreign exchange and interest products
- profound knowledge of the capital markets legislation frame
- knowledge on the Croatian and international capital markets
- understanding financial reports
- excellent knowledge of English language
- excellent knowledge of MS Office
Necessary soft skills:
- highly developed communication and presentation skills
- highly developed negotiation skills
- proactive approach to work
- goal and solution oriented personality
- team player
- tendency toward continual learning and professional development
