We are currently recruiting restaurant staff for our busy food operations within the Gleneagle Hotel, in County Kerry, Ireland. Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
The main duties will include:
• Taking orders from and serving food and drinks to customers
• Clearing away tables
• Assisting with buffet stations at breakfast time
• Working on banquets with large numbers
• Ensuring customers are correctly billed.

• Excellent Organisation & Communication Skills, with fluent level of English
• Demonstrate excellent team work
• Excellent attention to detail
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Previous knowledge of 3* Hotel food & beverage service
• Be flexible to work all shifts including early mornings and weekends depending on the needs of the business
