Under the leadership of Director of Operations you and your team will run an F&B operation of 2 full year and 3 summer restaurants, 4 bars, Beach Club, conference & banqueting operation up to a 580 seats with a brigade of 200+ associates in high season.

- A people’s manager, a leader that builds great teams and develops our future F&B leaders!
- Passion, knowledge and skills to direct leaders and associates in creating unique experiences for our guests throughout the multi-million F&B operation
- Excellent knowledge of Food trends as well as excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails
- Strong “process mind” to implement structure and procedures due to extensive F&B operation
- Very strong financial acumen, forecasting & budgeting skills, strong analytical skills
- Excellent management skills. Experience in managing bigger teams is a MUST.
- 3 years of experience on the same position within, preferably, an international environment due to variety of cuisines we offer. Our ideal candidate is coming from luxury hotel or boutique hotel segment with a strong desire to grow! Banquets and catering experience is a plus!
- Knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Croatian language as well as all other languages are considered to be an advantage
- Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market.

Your main responsibilities will be bringing the F&B operation to the next level in offering, experience, top and bottom line. Constant review of sales statistics, F&B costs, customer feedback, and selling prices is required at all times.
Creativity, Health and Safety Procedures (inc. HACCP), brand standards, as well as managing departmental budgets will be some of your regular duties.
