Finance and Administrative Specialist (m/f)

Your role
As a finance and administrative specialist, you’ll be in charge of managing all the finance tasks in Speck. You’ll work closely with our business and HR team, as well as all other departments. Also, you’ll collaborate with our external accounting service.
Your main task will be to monitor Speck’s profitability, participate in pricing our services, and administrate and track payroll payments, along with payments for our external team members (contractors, students).
You’ll have to keep track of the tax legislation, expenses optimization methods and EU projects.
One part of your role will be administrative office management tasks.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Tracking profitability of the projects we work on
• Participation in pricing of our services
• Expenses optimisation and tracking tax environment in Croatia
• Creating and organizing contracts and keeping track of contract agreements
• Timely invoicing and payment monitoring
• Collaboration with our external accounting service
• Organization of the internal documents
• Administration and tracking EU projects
• Administration and tracking payroll payments
• Other administrative office management tasks

O zaposleniku
• 1+ years of experience on similar positions
• Economics, finance, or law background
• Meticulousness and an eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience in using Excel / Google Sheet for creating and tracking financial reports
• Proactive and positive approach
• Good knowledge of the English language
Bonus points for:
• ACCA or CFA qualification
• Previous experience in Big 4
