What would be your task?
As a senior employee in the Product Operations department you are responsible for the analysis of the technical service quality of T-Mobile Austria’s voice and data services as well as leading the implementation of End-to-End optimization measures.
This is what you will do:
- Ensure a positive customer experience for T-Mobile Austria’s voice and data-services by analyzing the quality and performance of the core and RAN network with E2E-focus.
- Monitor and report the service quality with appropriate quality and key performance indicators.
- Develop, together with our expert teams, optimization measures and coordinate the implementation of the required technical changes.
- Analyze, with assistance of the available monitoring systems, current technical issues, degradations and associated consequences of T-Mobile Austria’s Voice and data services (e.g. call drops, packet loss, etc.).
- Act as the person of contact for complex issues regarding T-Mobile Austria’s Voice and data services and the related technical services offered, by working closely with your team as well as colleagues from other departments such as Operations and Networks.
- You are highly motivated and open minded. You have excellent analytical skills and you are used to working independently
- You have a technical education (HTL – technical college, FH - University of applied sciences, Technical University) and you gained experience in a similar position over several years in the telecommunication industry.
- You have gained first experiences with measurement systems, such as NIMS-PrOptima/MyCom or Vantage/IBM.
- You possess a basic knowledge in business objects (SAP), cognos, access, or databases (MS SQL).
- You are well experienced in project and process management.
- Your English skills are excellent. Basic German skills are advantageous.
- You are familiar with MS Office tools.
- Overall you impress with your customer orientation, your engagement as well as team player mentality.
