At the moment we are recruiting for our client, high class resort hotel in Tyrol, Austria
Experienced Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f)
who has a passion for delivering high quality food for the hotel guests.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to run a section, taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes and ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction.
Our clients expects Chefs de Partie to be able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising younger chefs.
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced Chef de Partie, with a minimum of two years’ experience on similar position
- Have worked in a high quality restaurant/Hotel
- Formal education for a Cook
- Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
- Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
- Able to work effectively as part of an international team
- Ideally speaks German, and/or fluent in English
- The will to go abroad
Benefits:
- Permanent or seasonal position
- Starting date February 2020
