Our client is a fast-growing global integrator and ISV that focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for the life sciences sector. Their product empowers pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to create safer medications using cutting-edge technology. As an ERP Consultant, you'll implement solutions for the Life Sciences industry, involving direct customer work, partner support, and internal product improvement.

- Ensure the quality of process documentation and solution functional designs based on the methodology which was created using Microsoft’s Success by Design framework as the foundation.
- Analyze and understand detailed business requirements
- Provide mapping requirements and software solutions
- Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations
- Resolve client queries and problems
- Interface with clients, software professionals, and consultants to develop solutions applications
- Support the roadmap feature definition
- Collaborate with the Build team and share customer experiences about the product.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365
- Experience working with D365 Supply Chain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Self-starter that can operate individually and is also a great team player.
- Willingness to continuously want to improve & develop yourself and your team.
- Based in Europe
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets and regulations.

Our office is in Zagreb, but in the future, we plan to open our offices in various locations. If you decide to work in-office, you will have access to our parking space, as it is reserved for Pontis employees.
