One of the leading European pharmaceutical company has announced a vacancy for


District Sales Manager (m/f) in Croatia.
Work location: Zagreb

Main responsibilities:

  • To organize sales in the entrusted territory and achieve the Company sales targets.
  • To meet regional sales financial objectives; to prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
  • To work with doctors, pharmacists, pharmacy chains in the region.
  • To maintain and expand customer base; to build and maintain rapport with key customers; to identify new customer opportunities.
  • To conduct negotiations with key customers; to organize marketing events: conferences, round tables, presentations, etc.
  • To follow up the key strategic decisions driven by the Company vision.
  • To provide regular monitoring of the market; to keep records of sales.
  • To report the sales performance and market analysis to head office.
  • To accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; to plan, monitor, appraise and review job contributions.

District Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • University degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Economy
  • 3-5 years sales management experience in pharmaceutical field in Croatia
  • Strong contacts with main distributors, wholesalers, pharmacy chains and KOLs in Croatia.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
