Demand Planner (m/f)

Our client is L’Oréal Adria, a leading cosmetics company renowned for its innovation and iconic beauty brands. With a strong presence in the regional market, L’Oréal Adria is committed to excellence and sustainable growth.

They are currently seeking a Demand Planner – a strategic and analytical role focused on interpreting data from various sources to create forecasts, identify brand growth opportunities, and support decision-making in collaboration with other internal teams.stakeholders.

Leading and maintaining the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
Analyzing historical data and market trends to support reliable demand planning
Building and adjusting baseline forecasts, incorporating promotions, product launches, and seasonality
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and cross-functional alignment
Providing clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
Monitoring product performance and contributing to portfolio optimization
Supporting improvements in forecasting tools and processes, focusing on accuracy, automation, and transparency

At least 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and/or FuturMaster is a plus
Comfortable interpreting data and transforming it into actionable business insights
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to see the broader business context and make data-informed recommendations
